Staying in a dormitory room lacked some formalities, and the service needs more empowerment from the management to fix simple errors. Nevertheless, the facility of laundry services was a plus. However, the lack of empowerment from the management can affect the service quality. The dining experience could be improved, though they do offer corn flakes. The focus on empowering the staff for better service delivery is essential for the hotel's overall improvement.
